About the Book

When a late bloomer goes viral for coming out, she decides to use her newfound fame to get her first kiss--with the help of a sexy bartender--in this "funny, smart, and spicy" romance (Abby Jimenez).

Librarian Angela Gutierrez has never been kissed. But after posting a video about her late bloomer status and ace identity, she's finally ready to get some firsts out of the way. Using her new influencer status to come up with a scavenger hunt idea in which the winner earns her first kiss, Angela realizes she may need some help to pull off the event.

Enter Krystal Ramirez, hot bartender and Angela's unrequited crush of five years. Despite vowing that romantic love isn't for her, Krystal seems awfully determined to help Angela pull off the scavenger hunt and find true love.

There's just one problem: the connection between Angela and Krystal is getting stronger and stronger the more they hang out, until Angela isn't sure she wants to go through with the scavenger hunt after all. But Krystal is convinced that she isn't capable of love and before long, Angela realizes she's falling head over heels for a woman who may never love her back.

About the Author

Gabriella Gamez is a Mexican American author living in South Texas. She writes about incredibly messy, well-meaning women trying their best and accidentally falling in love. When she’s not writing, she can be found drinking copious amounts of coffee, wasting too much time playing video games, and obsessing over other people’s books. She also goes by Gabby.

BOOK CLUB BOX FAQS

When can I expect my box?

Our first box will be sent out the by the 2nd week of each month! This is subject to change based on book release date and items arriving, but we'll try our best to ship boxes out ASAP!

Can I pick up my book box?

YES! In fact we will encourage it and appreciate it. Just let us know you plan on picking it up so we can set it aside for you. We're open Tuesday-Saturday 11AM-7PM and Sundays 11AM-6PM!

When is the book club meeting?

We meet on the fourth Thursday of every month at 7 PM in our store located at 3018 Corrine Drive Orlando, FL 32803. Check out our events calendar for more information! Emails will also be sent to all book box subscribers. You MUST be an ACTIVE subscriber to join us for Book Club!

How does the subscription work?

This is a recurring subscription! You'll be charged on the 3rd of each following month after you join (August 3rd, September 3rd, etc.) for your subscription. You'll then receive your box by the 2nd or 3rd week of each month. If there are any significant delays, we'll be sure to let you know!

When will we know what book is in the box?

You'll know about a week before subscriptions open for new subscribers what our book will be. We'll make sure to post here on Instagram so make sure to give us a follow!

I'm not a fan of this month's book pick. Can I skip this month?

Sure thing! You are able to skip up to two months back to back! After that we would recommend canceling your subscription and renewing whenever you're ready to join us again. You also have the option to pause your subscription. Just make sure to do so BEFORE your charge date on the 3rd! Life can get messy, I get it!
