Shipping Methods:
- We offer standard shipping for all orders, with delivery typically within 3-8 days from the date of order processing.
- Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee, with delivery within 3-5 days from the date of order processing.
Order Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
- Items made-to-order may require longer processing and shipping times. Please note anything listed as made-to-order (hats, shirts, tote bags, etc.) might take 5-8 business days of processing time followed by 3-5 days of shipping time
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order.
- Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Preorder Shipping:
- If multiple pre-orders are placed within one order, the entirety of the order will ship once the last book in the order has been released. If you would like to have all your books shipped to you as they are released, please email us at hello@thenewromanticsbooks.com so we can send over a shipping invoice via PayPal to cover shipping costs!
- Please allow 5-8 business days after a book's release date for books to be shipped!
- Preorders that are part of special preorder campaigns might take longer to ship due to waiting for additional items to arrive.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
- You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only offer shipping within the United States.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.
International Shipping:
- We do not offer international shipping at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Shipping Liability:
- Once your order has been transferred to the carrier for delivery, we are not liable for any delays, damages, or lost packages.
