I’ve spent my whole life proving that I can handle anything that comes my way. As one of the most prominent agents in the NAI, my job is to take down those who prey on the innocent. So when a notorious stalker case resurfaces, I eagerly wanted to be part of solving it. 

But for my personal life, things get a bit more complicated when I'm forced to move in with the man I hate. I've tried to keep Quang Anh at a distance, but everyday we live together, I'm realizing how wrong I've been. 

Between the stakes of this case, and my feelings for Quang—life is testing me in a way I’ve never experienced.

I thought I had it all. A successful NBA career, a dream job as a Division I head coach and a family that supports me through it all. After all I’ve been through, I’ve finally been given a chance of a lifetime. 

The only thing missing is Aniya Carter. She's the only person I've ever wanted, yet she tries her hardest to push me away. Now that we’re under the same roof, our chemistry is stronger than ever, and I don’t know how long we can keep pretending this isn’t real. I want her more than anything and I’ll do whatever it takes to show her that we belong together. 

She may push me away, argue with me or even roll her eyes, but I’m not finished with our love story.
